by: Diane Carter
power to direct the course of your life. To speed up the process of change you need to block out surrounding noises. We all have outside influences (family, friends, partners, etc.) that tend to shape our thoughts and decisions. You must create the personal energy and have the strength to go within yourself and focus like a laser to speed up the change(s) you need. Once you agree to focus you will notice things that you've never noticed before. Life will take on a new meaning, a new shape, a new depth and a new joy that you thought only others had or deserved. You will find new energy and tap into a power that you’ve never experienced before. If someone says they have tried change once and it didn’t work, they didn’t learn from it. You simply can not change without growth. Change can be time consuming - that’s where a coach and an action plan come into play. Both will speed up change and help you eliminate the fatigue that will sneak up and try to stop you from changing. If that were to happen, you will find yourself. Change will die from lack of support and the understanding needed to make it happen. A Coach understands and gives you non-bias support to keep your changes alive and happening!
